It updates itself
LabDesk checks for a new version when it starts, downloads it quietly and installs it for you. Your data is backed up first and is never changed by an update. You can turn this off in Settings > About.
Download
The public download is Coming soon. LabDesk is being tested in a working lab right now. If you would like to hear when it is ready, message me on Instagram or by email.
Windows 10 or 11, 64-bit · one PC · needs no internet to run
Getting started
It installs next to your other programs and adds a shortcut. It takes about a minute.
Choose a name and a password. LabDesk shows a recovery code once. Write it down and keep it somewhere safe.
Lab name and address, your letterhead image, the doctor's signature and your prices. Pick one of the report designs and print a test page.
Home shows a short checklist until the lab is ready. After that, it is the New Patient button.
Good to know

Each release has a matching .sha256 file. If you want to be sure the installer is intact, compare its SHA-256 with that file.
LabDesk backs up once a day while it is open. Choose a USB drive or another disk, not only the computer's own disk.
LabDesk keeps its own data, so you can use both while you compare, and switch when you are ready.
